The Arthur of L.O.V.E. (Loving Others through Voluntary Efforts) is a local 501c3 Nonprofit organization founded in 2014 in loving memory of Arthur Robinson. Arthur, a Vietnam Veteran, and dear family friend embodied our mission through his kind-heartedness and selflessness toward every person he encountered.

Arthur Robinson: A Tribute

Arthur Robinson was a remarkable individual who touched the lives of many through his kindness and generosity. As a Vietnam Veteran, he served his country with honor as an Electrical Engineer in the United States Army and later as a lineman for the South Carolina Electric and Gas Company for over 17 years.
Despite struggling with PTSD, Arthur remained a shining example of resilience, intelligence, and goodwill. His selfless nature and willingness to help others, even at his own expense, serve as an inspiration to us all.
Arthur's legacy, a powerful force that continues to inspire us, serves as a reminder of the impact each of us can have by taking time to "touch a life". His passing on March 21, 2013, is a testament to the enduring influence of his actions.

Founder, The Arthur of L.O.V.E. Charitable Foundation
As a passionate advocate for veterans and their families, I founded The Arthur of L.O.V.E. Charitable Foundation in honor of my beloved family friend, Arthur Robinson. A dedicated Vietnam veteran, Author faced numerous challenges upon returning home, and his journey deeply influenced my commitment to support those who have served our country. L.O.V.E. (Love Others through Voluntary Efforts)
With a background in service, I have always been driven by a desire to create positive change in my community. My vision for this nonprofit is to provide resources, support, and connection for veterans and their families, ensuring they receive the recognition and assistance they deserve.
The Arthur of L.O.V.E. Charitable Foundation aims to raise awareness about the unique struggles veterans face, from mental health issues to reintegration into civilian life. We strive to foster a sense of community through events like our upcoming Veterans Day Ball on November 10th, where we celebrate the sacrifices of our heroes while raising funds to support our programs.
I believe in the power of love, compassion, and community. Through our foundation, I hope to honor Arthur’s legacy by making a meaningful difference in the lives of veterans and their families. Together, we can create a supportive environment where every veteran feels valued and understood.
